To Build Families is designed to assist families. DeLoach Family Ties goal for the family is to change the mind-set of women that history has negatively planted in the the mind of our women to think they do not need a man in their lives and most men are no good. It is also to change the thinking of the average man that allows him to think it is ok to walk away from your family and not be the head of the house. It is to change the thinking that their kids will be fine without their father role in the home. That thie nonexistence or participation will not be a big impact on their families. A man is to be the head of the household and he must be in place to play his role.
B.U.I.L.D. Communities
To Foster Strong Communities is designed to provide support to families. Our goal at DeLoach Family Ties is to promote a positive mindset among women, challenging the unfavorable ideas that history has ingrained within them, suggesting they do not need a man in their lives and that most men are inadequate. Similarly, our mission is to challenge men’s thinking that it’s okay to walk away from their families and not assume the role of the household’s leader. It’s our aim to challenge the belief that a father’s nonexistence or minimal participation will not have a significant impact on their families. A man holds the position of a family head, and it’s his responsibility to fulfill his role.
