DeLoach Family Ties began in 2015 under C.E.O Abu Muhammad DeLoach and his wife and C.O.O. Victoria Martin DeLoach. The mission was to establish a means to give back to their communities and become active Philanthropists. The DeLoach’s began out of their residential home in Newark. Feeling overwhelmingly blessed and finding many people struggling, The Couple began their journey giving back from their home. Using their own personal income they created Care Packages consisting of Food and at times, clothing. The Care Packages were packed up in plastic bags and given out to the many people who lived in the surrounding areas. The Wonderful Feeling and reactions they received by many people encouraged them to look outside of their immediate geographic areas with intentions to expand their efforts.
It was not long before they began traveling frequently to locations known to be overly populated with the homeless. Not wanting to be a burden to anyone, the Deloach’s continued using their own personal income to feed the families but decided to ask family and friends for assistance in donating unwanted clothing.

The DeLoach’s soon were able to assist many families and could travel to many communities giving out Food, clothing and positive words of encouragement. It was not long before the Positive words sparked conversations, and then conversations sparked a sense of comfortability within the individuals and families. Abu Muhammad DeLoachs’ experience as a motivational Speaker soon became an asset, for confidential conversations about life; unfortunate circumstances and overcoming adversity help to grow the mentoring and counseling business under DeLoach Family Ties. The program B.U.I.L.D took form due to these conversations and soon became another great achievement under The DeLoach Family Ties Organization. 

Deloach Family Ties is a multifaceted, Non-Profit Youth and Family Outreach Organization. Our Primary goal is to service our communities providing assistance to the homeless and needy families and individuals who reside in low-income urban areas. DeLoach Family Ties provides resources to our clients including but not limited to: clothing, food and furniture. We also act as a point of contact or resource for referrals, assisting families with locating temporary and in some cases permanent housing. We also provide mentoring and Counseling services to families who are interested, for we understand the day-to-day struggles and circumstances our clients face. Many people find coping with life very difficult, therefore; DeLoach Family ties also assists our clients with dealing with depression, low self esteem and even behavioral issues under our mentorship and Counseling program called B.U.I.L.D.
